The Cape Henrietta Radar Station was located in North-East of Ontario, at the junction of the James Bay and the Hudson Bay. The troposcatters were set up at this location to transmit across James Bay, to Bear Island then to Cape Jones on the Québec side. Constructed in mid-1950s, closed in mid-1960, and then abandoned until it was cleaned-up and remediated in 2018.
